It's only been a few weeks since the call to the polls. Renzi and his government wanted to change, with a series of subterfuges, the power structure of this already tormented Italy of ours. Reduction of parliamentarians. Transformation of the Senate on a regional basis. Too many things to change. In too little time. Italy was not ready. And it rejected the referendum. Serious? Really bad? I don't think so. Usually when changes don't happen, it's because the times aren't ripe. That's just it. It's no time!
